Attorney Phil Henry, Henry Spiegel Milling, LLP

Attorney Phil Henry began his practice with an insurance defense firm where he gained invaluable experience and insight into how large corporations and insurance companies defend accident lawsuits and wrongful death cases. This work helped Phil understand how he would distinguish himself from other personal injury attorneys in Atlanta. Since 1986, he has limited his practice solely to representing individuals with claims against corporations, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

A native of Lafayette, Georgia, Phil graduated with high honors from The University of Georgia in 1975 and with honors from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1978. He has over 36 years experience and is the senior partner of the firm. Phil has a distinguished record with numerous settlements and trial verdicts of more than one million dollars. He handles injury and death cases arising out of car wrecks, tractor-trailer collisions, construction accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, defective roadways, and other causes of personal injury or death. He was lead counsel in the much publicized case of Brown v. The Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority (State Court of Fulton County, Georgia), which resulted in a jury verdict of $14,915,670.
